In first process in DOP, human being need to find and choose the source with operation of Penanda. However this process [find and choose] can also happen in second process. Pencetus “Sieve” and investigate the source and the source which pencetus investigate it might be the sensor of the truth which detect something wrong about pencetus. Salah-seorang daripada khulafa Ar Rasyidin ialah ulamak ahlil-Bait iaitu Imam Ali , suami Fatimah Az-Zahraa iaitu anak perempuan Nabi Muhammad. Ulamak ahlil-Bait ialah sumber ISLAM Tulin yang telah dijamin oleh ALLAH S.W.T bahawa mereka mengetahui Ajaran ISLAM TULIN SECARA 100%!!. Fatimah Az-Zahraa juga termasuk dalam golongan ulamak ahlil-Bait. 3= Imam Bukhari menjadi perintis dalam penyiasatan hadis untuk mendapatkan hadis shahih dengan kaedah yang terbaik . Kaedah ini dipuji dan diikuti oleh Imam Muslim. Walaupun Imam Bukhari dan Muslim bukan ulamak ahlil-bait tetapi tiada bukti menunjukkan bahawa terdapat kesalahan tentang kaedah penyiasatan mereka tentang hadis. Justeru, sesuai dengan anti-root problem, kita menggunakan persangkaan baik sahaja bahawa Kitab Shahih Bukhari dan Muslim MEMANG SHAHIH dan dapat menjadi sensor of the truth. Kita boleh anggap Bukhari itu guru kepada Muslim, maka SNBP am seperingkat untuk Shahih Bukhari ialah 2.1 dan untuk Shahih Muslim ialah 2.2.[T= Imam Bukhari became pioneer in hadith investigation for get true hadith by best method. Diingatkan lagi, bahawa operasi SNBP untuk Sumber Peringkat apapun, termasuk kajian semula terhadap SUMBER DPK, melibatkan operasi SNBP AM sahaja atau mungkin melibatkan operasi Khusus dan Am juga. Dalam keadaan lain, seperti  apabila diyakini hanya ada sebahagian kecil perkara yang perlu disiasat dalam sesuatu sumber itu, mungkin operasi SNBP khusus sahaja digunakan [T= Remember more, that CBVS operation for any Level Source, inclusive research again concerning DPK SOURCE, involve general CBVS operation only or might involve Special operation and general too. Contoh teknik yang digunakan untuk operasi SNBP PSD ialah Teknik Berpandukan Penanda/TBP [  Base Indicator Technique/BIT], Teknik Berpandukan Kutub/TBK [Base Kutub Technique/BKT] dan Teknik Samudera Pengesanan/TSP [ Ocean Detection Technique/ODT].[T= Sample on techniques which can use for CNCTC  are Base Indicator Technique, Base Kutub Technique and Ocean Detection Technique].

The example for use BIT is choose any source which has most few penanda.. This mean is we more sure that source did not need other penanda for value it because penanda which use for the source is enough for  give evidence that we can choose the source for direct make research about it or can direct announce the source as DPK source. However this way condition, might us use it if whole source which we investigate had number of  entirety  CBVS  which almost same  or had  total of same theme or matter which almost same which had CBVS that almost same also!! For the example SL3[treat as Book A]  had same on whole relevant on those  matter with other SL3 [treat as Book B]  although  their same level general CBVC are different. When research again , the conclusion we got is Book B had higher entirety CBVS when use penanda although entirety CBVS when use Base Level Technique only show that Book A had higher entirety CBVS. So, if we treat penanda operation show better conclusion, we can choose Book B or announce Book B as DPK source and might neglect Book A.

When we say “PENANDA” , it can bring the meaning of penanda in first process in DOP and also can bring the meaning of penanda in second process or next/other process in DOP WHICH we say this penanda as PENANDA LANJUTAN. The  first RBS operation [Reaction Between Sensor] in DOP is second process in DOP.

Base Kutub Technique/BKT is use Kutub al-Sittah as matter which value any source, inclusive al-Quran. OCEAN DETECTION TECHNIQUE is use whatever source as matter which value any source.

Teknik apakah yang lebih harus dilakukan dahulu dalam operasi SNBP PSD? Ini berdasarkan keadaan semasa. Contohnya, kalau ada intipati dalam sumber samudera pengesanan lebih baik penjelasan hadisnya daripada terjemahan kutubussittah, maka boleh ambil atau rujuk dulu yang dalam sumber samudera pengesanan. Contoh lain, buku A dalam kategori GWE [SP2] mempunyai intipati tentang mesin perubatan hospital. Buku B [SP3] mempunyai intipati tentang mesin perubatan hospital juga, yang ada perbezaan. Buku B ditulis oleh jurutera perubatan hospital yang bukan seorang Islam. Buku A ditulis oleh seorang doctor yang beragama Islam. Kedua-dua pengarang buku memberikan bukti dan pendapat yang hampir sama kuat nilainya sehingga sukar kita memilih.  Tidak pasti intipati yang mana yang akan diambil untuk  terus dikaji atau yang manakah akan dijadikan sebagai intipati dalam satu sumber DPK. Adakah intipati Buku A atau adakah intipati Buku B yang akan dipilih? Dalam hal begini, teknik penanda mungkin teknik terbaik atau lebih elok dilakukan dahulu. Kandungan penanda lanjutan mungkin sama 100% dengan kandungan penanda dalam operasi bukan Reaction Between Sensor atau berbeza atau  ada persamaan dan ada juga perbezaan [T= What techniques should/can us do first in CNCTC operation? This base at present condition. Its sample, if exist content in ocean detection source which its hadith explanation more nice than explanation in kutubussittah, hence can take or refer first which in ocean detection source. Other sample, book A in GWE [SL2] category has content about hospital medical machine. Book B [SL3] contain matter about hospital medical machine also, which contain difference. Artikel ini berdasarkan pengalaman seorang manusia menjadi juruteknik makmal buah koko:

Menjadi seorang juruteknik di makmal sebuah kilang memproses buah koko umpama paparazi yang amat tergesa-gesa, terkejar-kejar untuk ambil sampel untuk di bawa ke makmal dan eksperimen-eksperimen perlu dibuat dengan teliti, berhati-hati tetapi perlu segera untuk dapat keputusan kerana tanpa keputusan, bahagian pengeluaran atau operator tidak tahu sama ada perlu menjalankan proses atau tidak.

Bayangkan kerja ini lebih siksa bila syif petang dan malam. Mengantuk tetapi semua terasa kelam-kabut. Tidak hairanlah ramai juruteknik makmal  yang telah letak jawatan atau berhenti kerja. Sebab pekerjaan ini sukar, menyiksakan……!!!

Setiap hari, PEGAWAI KESIHATAN DAN PERTANIAN ambil sampel kilang ini untuk disiasat. Sampel diuji di pejabat Kesihatan.  Hasil siasatan ialah memberi keizinan atau tidak beri keizinan kilang koko itu mengeksport.

Perosak buah koko kelihatan seperti kutu beras. Dalam masa 2 minggu, telor perosak ini menetas menjadi ulat. Kemudian menjadi pupa kemudian menjadi kutu. Semburan racun yang tidak merbahaya kepada cocoa powder tidak dapat membunuh 100% perosak ini. Ditetapkan tempoh menyimpan produk, Dalam serbuk koko yang diproses terdapat cendawan perosak bila dilihat menggunakan mikroskop. Sampel perosak koko dimasukkan ke dalam botol yang terdapat makanan perosak untuk jadi bukti kepada pejabat lain kilang ini yang terletak di Kuala Lumpur. Bahan yang dihasilkan dijual kepada kilang aiskrim dan coklat. Untuk ini, produk daripada koko yang 100% bebas daripada perosak dikehendaki.

Hasil daripada koko yang rosak di letakkan di tempat khas di kilang itu untuk dijual kepada kilang roti kerana masakan di kilang roti  itu lebih kuat kepanasannya, cukup untuk membunuh perosak.

Peringkat proses bahagian pengeluaran dan sampel ialah : quality check (biji koko atau buah koko disiasat ), Kemudian proses cleaning Pre-treatment shell separation, kemudian proses alkazing , roasting, grinding dan pressing. Pada peringkat terakhir, produk cocoa butter dan cocoa cake/powder dihasilkan.

Produk butter yang terhasil, ada beberapa keadaan. Pertama, Pure Prime Pressed yang berbau hangit, pahit dan berwarna kuning. Kedua, semi deodorized yang tiada bau dan rasanya tawar. Ketiga, deodorized yang berwarna kuning kejernihan, seolah-olah putih juga.

Produk cake pula seperti kibbled coco cake. Keadaan cake yang natural dan alkalized (ph 7.0 + 0.2 dan ph 7.5+0.25).

Mengenai powder pula atau tepung atau serbuk koko, keadaan yang natural , warnanya sederhana coklat, yang alkalized berph 7.0+0.2 dan ph 7.5+0.25, coklat yang cerah dan yang red berph 8.2+0.3, coklat pekat kemerahan.

Lori datang membawa guni berisi buah koko, yang kemudian diletakkan pada palate. Dalam 20 guni, 7 guni daripada jumlah ini akan diambil sampelnya. Jika 25 guni, 8 guni diuji. 30 guni, 9 guni daripadanya diuji. Biji buah koko terdiri daripada bean dan nib. Nib berada dalam bean. Sampel biji disukat dengan winnower. Hasil sukatan, ada sebanyak 2 kilogram biji koko yang akan dibawa ke makmal untuk diuji. Berat sampel akan direkodkan.

Dalam ujikaji untuk mencari peratus moisture, 20 biji koko dikisar dengan mesin kisar. Kemudian mesin protimeter digunakan. Peratus mouldy pula berkaitan jumlah biji berkulat (berwarna putih) yang digunting. Peratus Ins dan geminated pula berkaitan bilangan serangga dan biji yang bercambah daripada biji yang digunting. Peratus slaty pula peratus biji koko yang jadi sampel yang berlumut atau yang mewakili peratus biji koko yang berlumut. Peratus fully brown ialah bilangan  jumlah bean yang coklat dengan menolak bilangan yang bukan coklat. Peratus pattly brown pula berkenaan nib daripada yang digunting yang tak sepenuhnya ungu. Peratus fully purple ialah yang penuh ungunya. Peratus berat sampah seperti biji pecah dan separuh pecah juga dikira. Laporan tentang bau biji koko yang seperti asid , tidak berbau koko bean juga dibuat. Jika nib tidak pecah tetapi shell tertanggal atau pecah, masih dianggap sampel itu baik.

Contoh-contoh tangki-tangki untuk pemprosesan biji koko ialah mesin winnower, termediated masse tank, wash butter tank, coarse masse tank, deorized butter tank . Bila hanya satu mesin bailmill beroperasi, tangki masse tank mengambil tempoh 12 jam untuk penuh, dapat mengisi 6 atau 7 tan, maksima ialah 9 tan). Jika dua mesin bailmill beroperasi, maka ambil tempoh 8 jam sahaja. Filling time ialah berkaitan masa bahan bailmill mula diisi ke masse tank. Maturing time ialah masa penuh tangki masse tank lalu bahan dari tangki ini dialirkan ke press cake machine atau dibiarkan atau simpan selama 9 jam (jika 9 tan) atau 7 jam (7 tan) sebelum dialirkan ke press cake machine. Sampel dari masse tank akan diambil oleh juruteknik makmal jika diarahkan, selalunya bila maturing.

Ujian kehalusan (finesse):

sampel cecair koko dicairkan lagi dengan aceton lalu sampel ini dituang ke penapis. Kemudian air suam dituang ke penapis yang sampel itu atau memancutkan air suam ke cairan di penapis itu untuk membuang lemak dalam cairan. Kemudian air pili digunakan , dialirkan airnya ke penapis untuk meletakkan mendakan ke tengah penapis. Mendakan atau apa yang tinggal pada cairan yang dinyahkan tadi seperti lemak yang dinyahkan.. Kemudian mendakan ini dimasukkan ke oven selama 2 jam (setengah jam jika tidak dituang air suam). Setelah itu, penapis bermendakan tadi dikeluarkan dari oven , disejukkan sebelum ditimbang untuk mencari peratus kehalusan  produk koko yang dihasilkan. Peratusan kehalusan yang dianggap berkualiti ialah 98-99%. Jika peratusan kasar atau tidak berkualiti, bahagian pengeluaran atau operator hendaklah membubuh air dan potassium kabornat untuk menghaluskan lagi cairan koko dalam tangki.

Ujian Ph:

Sampel koko sebanyak 10 gram ditimbang. Kemudian dibancuh dengan 90ml air suam lalu diletakkan di mesin sejuk. Bila dikeluarkan, proses menggunakan beberapa peralatan dan peralatan berkuasa bateri digunakan untuk menguji sampel. Alkalised ialah yang ditaruh potassium/sodium karbonat . Ditambah potassium untuk naikkan ph 6.70-7.30. Bahagian akan diberitahu jika ph perlu ditambah ke tangki sampel (dengan ditaruh potassium. Ditaruh sodium karbonat untuk naikkan ph ke 7 jika ph asal ialah 6.0) . Jika terlebih ph pada tangki sampel, operator akan memindahkan sebahagian isi tangki itu ke tangki lain lalu diganti dengan yang biasa iaitu adalah natural (bahan yang memang rendah phnya), ditaruh ke tangki sampel.

Ujian moisture: ujian kandungan air, menggunakan mesin mettle Pm 100. Cara menggunakan mesin ini: Mula-mula menekan tare, kunci temp, lalu tekan enter, barulah timbang ikut berat sampel yang diperlukan, kemudian tutup mesin itu untuk ambil bacaan berat sampel lalu tekan start hingga lampu berkelip-kelip lalu membaca % moist pada skrin mesin itu.

Bagi ujian fat, kelalang, kertas turas, bikar, air suling, mesin extract, cecair spirit,  dan oven digunakan.  Tujuan eksperimen fat ialah untuk mengetahui peratus minyak atau lemak dan peratus shell dan nib, bagi membantu juga kilang menetapkan harga. Asid hidroklorik digunakan untuk ujian ini.

Cara menyediakan asid hidroklorik:

Asid sulfuric digunakan dalam pencucian.  Apabila botol asid hidroklorik pekat dibuka penutupnya, asap beracun terbebas. Asid pekat bermakna belum dicampurkan dengan oistilled water. Jangan hidu atau terkena kulit. Bancuh 400ml oistilled water dengan 100ml HCL. Masukkan air oistilled water dulu, barulah HCL agar tak meletup. Cecair HCL tak boleh dituang atau kena bekas yang bukan untuk HCL.

Ujian cocoa masse:

Ujian ini bertujuan mencari peratus lemak dalam sampel cocoa masse. Peratus lemak yang diterima atau dianggap OK ialah 53-56%. Jikalau hasil peratus lemak =52/53/54, maka perlu campur 1-5(formula)= peratus lemak. Ujian ini menggunakan mesin berputar dan tabung uji. Anti bumping granules dimasukkan ke dalam kelalang untuk mencegah kehilangan lemak ketika proses ujikaji. Bikar yang mengandungi cocoa masse dicairkan dengan petroleum spirit (aceton jarang digunakan) lalu dituangkan ke 4 tabung uji (tinggalkan seperti seinci lagi nak penuh bagi tiap tabung itu). Kemudian goncangkan bagi larut sebelum dimasukkan ke mesin berputar secara berselang dan bersetentang. Tujuan dimasukkan spirit untuk memisahkan kotoran dan cocoa masse  daripada lemaknya. Mesin diputarkan selama 15 minit.

Selepas 15 minit, tabung uji dikeluarkan dari mesin berputar . Cecair dalam tabung uji dituangkan ke kelalang kosong yang berisi anti bumping granules. Awas, jangan sampai termasuk keladak/cocoa masse yang berada di dasar tabung uji. Kemudian cecair spirit akan dimasukkan ke tabung uji itu dan  proses semula selama 15 minit (dimasukkan ke mesin berputar semula). Setelah dikeluarkan semula, cecair tabung uji itu dituang ke kelalang kosong. Kelalang itu dimasukkan ke mesin extract untuk memisahkan lemak daripada spiritnya. Bila hampir  kering seperti tinggal sesudu , jumlah kandungan dalam kelalang itu, offkan mesin extract dan sejukkan kelalang itu beberapa masa sebelum dimasukkan ke oven memmert selama setengah jam. Ujian untuk mencari peratus lemak oleh juruteknik syif normal dengan yang bekerja bukan syif normal adalah berbeza. Kerana itu, hasil keputusan belum tentu sama. Tabung uji yang digunakan haruslah yang bentuk bukaannya sejenis. Jika yang bukaannya bundar sahaja, maka semua tabung uji itu mestilah bundar juga.

Ujikaji Press Cake:(halaman rujukan=10)

Ujian yang diperlukan untuk ujikaji ini ialah ujian moist, ph dan fat. Mesin yang digunakan ialah yang sama seperti yang diterangkan sebelum ini. Terdapat sedikit perubahan kaedah untuk ujian-ujian tersebut. Ambil 5 sampel press cake (1 sampel mewakili 1 mesin press cake) di mesinnya yang disediakan oleh pihak berkenaan di kilang tersebut. Masukkan setiap sampel di dalam plastic mini dan catatkan maklumat nombor mesin yang keberapa di plastic itu. Lihat dan catatkan berdasarkan buku format tentang press cake yang dicatatkan oleh operator. Contohnya:

Cycle time ialah jumlah masa yang diambil untuk memproses press cake iaitu 32″ (32 minit) . Jika ini tidak ditulis oleh operator, staf makmal dapat mengetahuinya dengan melihat masa mula dan akhir yang dicatatkan iaitu seperti 7.30-8.02=32 minit. MT 5 menunjukkan bahawa bahan cocoa masse tangki atau mesin kelimalah yang dialirkan ke mesin press cake untuk proses press cake (benda berketul keras ). Ram travel menunjukkan bahawa nombor kod mesin press cake nombor 1 ialah 679   (nombor ini ada pada alat acuan yang membentuk cocoa masse menjadi kepingan keras. Acuan ini berbentuk bulat yang tergantung di mesin dan bergerak mengikut arahnya).

Sampel Press Cake (PC) di bawa ke makmal lalu diketuk dengan penukul , kemudian dikisar dengan mesin kisar  . Kemudian digunakan untuk ujian di bawah:

>Ujian moist: iaitu dengan menyatukan semua sampel di piring ujian moist seberat 2.5g. Ratakan sampel di piring itu dan jangan ada yang berketul

>Ujian Ph:Iaitu dengan juga menyatukan semua sampel yang ada di dalam sebuah bikar sehingga beratnya = 10gm
