Except old women who direct and permanent menopause & at the same time they [old women] have not desire to marry and male did not want to marry them, they can neglect jilbab [not wear jilbab] but if they still want to wear it, Allah give the permission. Muslim Women can also neglect jilbab/purdah. I mean, they can show their head, hair, face, neck, hand when they are in front of their muhrim. But when ajnabi in front of them, they must wear purdah because ajnabi is not their muhrim . Muslim women can marry with male ajnabi.

2=Women cannot make interaction or befriend or look at or speak with who are not their “Muhrim”. In Real Islam, muhrim is a name of male group who women cannot marry with them. Except in emergencies or necessary matter which Allah give permission to do, women can look at or speak or make interaction to their ajnabi [=male who are not their muhrim]. For the example: When there is not any female doctors, women [patient] can get service from male doctors.

3= In al-Quran, Allah told us about male who are muhrim such your[=women] brother, your younger brother, your father, your uncle, your grandpa et cetera. Women cannot marry with their brother, their younger brother, their father or uncle or grandpa because whole these male are their MUHRIM!!
